All About Our Free AI Audit

Your Free AI Efficiency Audit

Does “Free” Make You Think “What’s The Catch?”

That’s a reasonable thing to think.

It’s what I hear sometimes while talking to business owners.

But, once I explain what the Audit is for, business owners just like you started to see the possibilities.

What Does A Free AI Audit Get You?

It shows where your business is losing money, time, and/or leads.

The Audit maps what’s happening in your business right now.

  • What systems you are currently using and how these can be connected to each other
  • We look at where calls, leads, or admin work can be enhanced and automated
  • You get a full report

If you like the DIY approach you can implement our findings yourself, with no obligation to hire Scotia AI for anything after.

Or…

We can give you a quote for the work. You can implement things in stages, so you don’t need to do everything all at once.

This Audit is NOT a scaled-down preview of paid work, nor a slide deck built to lead into a hard pitch.

The Audit is free from us because a small business with a handful of systems and a small team isn’t a big job to audit with the help of AI. It doesn’t need to take weeks.

Regardless, you keep the report either way.

What Are The Steps Involved In Taking The Audit?

  1. It starts with a 15-minute call, sometimes it runs closer to half an hour. We use it to get to know your business, ask some initial questions, and make sure you’re actually a good fit to benefit from going through the audit.
  2. Then you fill out an intake questionnaire, which usually takes under 15 minutes.
  3. I get to work and research your company, your competitors and compile it all into a comprehensive report for you to keep.
  4. A final 60 minute meeting (Google Meet) to go over the findings and answer all your questions.

What Types Of Things Do We Find?

Honestly, the biggest leaks we have been finding in small businesses are: burning time on repetitive tasks, not following up/or losing leads, and answering the same questions over and over.

Here’s What We Often Find:

Missing communication

  • Calls being missed or not returned
  • Emails not replied to
  • Messages not getting answered immediately.

Admin work is eating your day:

  • Data entry
  • scheduling back-and-forths
  • follow-ups that never happen because there’s no system.
  • Leads come in but don’t get qualified or followed up: Because someone’s too busy or it falls through the cracks.

The audit will find the gaps, and show you exactly how to close them.

Why Genuinely Free Is Rare

I checked thirteen other AI automation agencies serving small businesses in Canada, and here’s what an audit actually costs most places:

Aurora Designs charges $5,000 flat, 1-100 employees.

ChatGPT.ca‘s cheapest tier runs $500 to $1,000, for businesses under 20 staff.

Most of the other AI Automation companies in Canada won’t put a dollar figure on their website at all. It’s “book a call” and the price shows up after you’re already talking to a salesperson.

Our Audit is free. Not “starting at.” Not a teaser tier. – FREE.

What Happens After Your Research

We get together over a video call and go through the findings, and I answer all your questions.

Sometimes all your company needs is a small fix or tweak. Like a missing calendar link, a broken form, things you don’t need to pay anyone to solve.

If you like to do-it-yourself you can take the PDF roadmap and do it yourself. No obligation, no hard feelings. The report is yours either way.

But, if you want implementation of any of the steps we recommend, we’re happy to give you a Quote to do them. We are a business too and we want your business, lol.

What Are The Costs After The Audit?

Every business is unique which is why an Audit is so important.

  • Simple tweaks or workflows are billed at $50/hour.
  • Bigger or custom automation are quoted once we know what’s actually needed.
  • Chatbots start at $250 to set up and $87 a month with a three-month minimum. The first month is free for testing.
  • We offer two options for voice agents. (1st month is free for testing)
    • You can pay $800 upfront for setup and $120 a month, with a three-month minimum
    • or, to help small businesses out, $199 a month on a 12-month term.

Why Are Our Prices Lower Than Other AI Automation Agencies?

Our mission is to help small business owners afford to compete in their markets. Yes, I do want to make money along the way, but that’s the mission behind the business.

Compare it to what’s out there: a $5,000 audit before you’ve even started, or a $500 audit that only covers you if your team is under 20 people.

That’s the going rate.

We offer reasonable and affordable monthly maintenance packages based on your business needs. You don’t need to have a monthly maintenance package but AI models change rapidly, things break, and AI can drift. We recommend that someone keep an eye on it.

Final Thoughts

“Free” still make you wonder what’s the catch? Fair. But now you’ve seen the real numbers, what the audit actually finds, and what happens after.

No catch. No bait. The audit’s free because a small business isn’t a big job to audit, not because we’re trying to hook you into something bigger.

Book it, keep the report either way, and decide from there.

FAQs

Is the audit really free, or is there a catch?

Free B’y. No catch.

No. You keep the findings regardless.

Everything runs on our self-hosted server, not a third-party cloud platform. Your data stays on infrastructure Scotia AI controls directly.

A 15-minute intro call to confirm fit, a short intake questionnaire, then 1-2 days behind the scenes. After that, a 60-minute session walking through what was found and time for all your questions, plus a PDF roadmap to keep either way.

Sort of (I won’t lie). We look at how your tools are working and where manual work is happening. You get a roadmap. What you do with it is up to you.

That happens. Not every business needs a big build. Sometimes the whole fix is a $50/hour tweak, a missing calendar link, or nothing more than what you’re already doing right.

If that’s what we find, I’ll tell you straight. You keep the report either way. I’m not going to invent a problem just to justify the call.
